Brian Moller, chairman

Brian Moller is a corporate partner in the Brisbane based law firm Hopgood Ganim where he has been a partner since 1983. He practices almost exclusively in the corporate area with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Moller acts for many public listed resource and industrial companies and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the board particularly in the corporate regulatory and governance areas.

He is a former Chairman of Gold Aura Limited, a Queensland based ASX listed company. He holds an LLB Hons from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association. Mr. Moller is currently non-executive director of  SolGold plc (LSE & TSX:SOLG);  Chairman for Aus Tin Mining Ltd (ASX:ANW)  and Executive Director for NewPeak Metals (ASX:NPM).


david mason, Executive Director

David Mason has a broad exploration, mining, corporate and management background achieved through working in the exploration and mining industry for 40 years throughout Australasia, Asia, Southern Africa and South America.

David has held executive director roles with Intra Energy Corporation Limited (ASX:IEC), a coal producer in East Africa; Overseas & General Limited (ASX:OGL) an Indonesian mining company; Haddington Resources (now Altura Mining, ASX:AJM) an Australian Lithium producer; and the Swabara Group, which developed several coal mines in Indonesia including Adaro Indonesia.

David holds a BSc (Hons) and a PGradDipBA from the University of Queensland and an MBA from University of Southern Queensland.


Andrew gladman, non-executive director

Andrew Gladman has over 25 years of experience in financial markets, corporate advisory and stockbroking with a passion for the resources space. He has been successful in raising capital for mining focused entities and is a long term believer that the sector offers opportunities that are currently underappreciated in an environment where momentum has become the dominant investment criteria.

Andrew began his career working for a Sydney based broking firm in 1994, proposing, opening and managing a Brisbane branch office for that firm in 1996 before joining Paul Morgan Securities in 1997, now Bell Potter Securities.

Andrew has run forums in Brisbane for the last 10 years bringing together Mining Companies and Investors, exposing him to over 300 companies on a one-on-one basis providing broad exposure and an extensive network in the sector including Retail/institutional investors, Commodity Traders/buyers, Mining Service business and Corporates themselves.


Emma Fairhurst, non-executive director 

Emma Fairhurst has over 20 years experience in the venture capital financial and public company markets, focused primarily on the Canadian and Australian natural resource sector. Emma previously worked at Canaccord Genuity, in Vancouver Canada, where she administered hundreds of millions in assets, private placements and financings. She subsequently went on to be a founder in the resource business venture sector in her own right, sitting on several Canadian listed boards. She has significant philanthropic experience with 15 years spent in international development, working significantly in East Africa, both on the ground and in the boardroom, supporting various projects.


MARK PURCELL, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr Purcell has 15 years of exploration, mining and investment banking experience. He led gold/copper explorer SQX Resources Limited as CEO through both the 2023 IPO and subsequent drill program in Queensland. Prior to this, Mr Purcell spent 9 years in leadership and mining engineering roles at Rio Tinto Coal Australia and Peabody Energy, before gaining almost 5 years of investment banking experience focused on M&A, equity capital markets and derivatives at Goldman Sachs and Rothschild & Co.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the University of Queensland, an AGSM Master of Business Administration (Executive) from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.


CRAIG MCPHERSON, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & Company Secretary

Craig Mcpherson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He has over twenty years of financial management experience and has held various roles with ASX, TSX and NZX listed companies over the past 15 years in Australia and overseas.
